The Aji Lemon Yellow Hot Pepper is a Peruvian hot pepper that gives an exquisite citrus flavor to foods. The flavor is first and then the heat comes on.
We are introducing you to the culinary experience of this special pepper. Unlike 'super hots' this pepper lets you balance the lemon citrus flavor to the heat.
For the more adventurous, We do have specialty 'super hots' like the Chocolate Habanero and the small but flaming White Habanero. Then there is the unique and rare Peach Habanero.
Peach Mango Pepper JamThe combination of Peach & Mango is that sweet juicy relationship of the Midwest and the tropics. These flavors explode on the palate and then the citrus of the Lemon pepper intensifies the mix. All of this is followed by the growing mild heat that lingers on the outside of the tongue and upper gums. This is a medium heat.
Cherry, Chocolate Habanero Pepper Jam
The Cherry with our own special Chocolate Habanero Peppers makes this Jam really unique. With a combination of three types of cherries this would be fantastic in its own flavor mix. The sweet and tart cherries make the taste buds rise up all over as they work their way on the palate.
Now add just the right amount of deep earthiness and a hint of smokey cocoa, which is the beginning of a growing heat that ultimately causes the flavors to swell together.
We have met a flavor to heat compromise on this one. The Cath meter calls this medium to a nice bite. Knowing that the Chocolate Habanero is the hottest of the Habanero family, the challenge was to spice up the cherries while enhancing their natural tannin flavor and adding a controlled heat at the end of the fruit combination.
Cranberry Pineapple Pepper JamThis Jam is the heart of many Holiday Cranberry Salads. The distinct tartness of the cranberry and the tropical fruitiness of the pineapple make for another way of appealing to the sensory absorbers of ones tongue. As with the Peach Mango Pepper Jam, we use the Aji Lemon Pepper to intensify the Citrus flavors of the combined fruits. We have again made every effort to let the fruit lead the way to the heat for a great Culinary Experience. This is a medium heat.
Cranberry Orange Pepper Jam. This Jam is a holiday favorite of the staff at Debonne Vinyards. The head chef at Debonne uses the Cranberry Orange Pepper Jam in their menu items.
The distinct tartness of the cranberry and the great flavor of Orange make for a culinary treat with the perfect blend of heat. As with the Peach Mango Pepper Jam, we use the Aji Lemon Pepper to intensify the Citrus flavors of the combined fruits. As with the Cranberry Pineapple Pepper Jam, we have again made every effort to let the fruit lead the way to the heat for that great Culinary Experience.

Kiwi Lime Pepper Jam
This Jam is that amazing blend of Kiwi, Lime and the Aji Lemon Pepper.
The Kiwi is known as the Chinese Gooseberry.
It causes a cacophony (clamor or uproar) of flavor on ones taste buds. Depending on your palate, the tartness or sweetness of Kiwi explodes. Then add the Lime! Now that is the merger of sensory sourness intensity. For that added explosive experience we incorporate just the right amount of Aji Lemon Yellow pepper. This combination is tempered with a hint of sweetness by the Monk Fruit extract.
This is a Mild to Medium heat.
